IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ON THE INTERNET?

It is very safe to order from drmindelshealth, and indeed our website utilises the most recent SSL certificatation, which means your data is transmitted safely and security throughout the transaction process.

WHICH WAYS CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We can accept payment from Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, and Delta. Unfortunately, at this time we currently do not accept payments via AMEX.

MY PAYMENT HAS BEEN DECLINED. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

If your payment has been declined, we kindly ask that you re-check your card details entered (valid from, expiry, postcode, name), and try re-submitting. If this still fails, please contact us at
sales@drmindellshealth.com where we will be happy to assist.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS AVAILABLE?

We dispatch from multiple fulfilment centres, and your delivery time may vary depending on your location, and that of the dispatching warehouse. As an indication, you can expect the following delivery times:

  • 1. UK Delivery: Typically delivery within 6-9 working days
  • 2. EU Delivery: Typically delivery within 9-14 working days
  • 3. USA Delivery: Typically delivery within 6-10 working days

DO YOU DELIVER TO DIFFERENT ADDRESSES THAN THE BILLING ADDRESS?

We are able to deliver to a different address to the billing address, please simply ensure the correct address is selected at the checkout stage.

I HAVE JUST PLACED AN ORDER, CAN I CHANGE IT?
